Returning a Stylist Kit requires special attention and cannot be returned through our Returns Portal
Please review the Stylist Policies & Procedures.
- Open the ‘Ruby’ Stylist APP
- Click the “Digital Library” icon at the bottom menu of the app
- Select the folder “Stylist Policies, Agreements & Forms”
- Click on “Stylist Policies & Procedures”
- Scroll down to number 6 “Returning Your Stylist Start Kit & Other Business Supplies”
- Click on 6.1 “Return of Start Kit Or Other Purchased Items By Terminating Stylist”
Be sure to read the steps carefully and adhere to our requirements in order to get a refund.
