Steps for single item return
- To initiate your return or exchange for a single item start here.
- Follow the instructions to complete your return or exchange and create a pre-printed USPS label and packing slip. Be sure that you review your request BEFORE you finalize it, as we are unable to make changes once it's submitted into the returns center.
- Place the packing slip with the item into the return packaging, securely tape your package closed.
- Cross off any previous addresses or barcodes on the packaging.
- Attach the shipping label to the outside of the package.
- Put your package in your mailbox or drop it off at any USPS location.
- Please note that any handwritten instructions included with your return are not guaranteed to be read. We apologize for any inconvenience.
- Please ensure you have included the CORRECT item in your package. We cannot guarantee that items will be returned to you in the event they are accidentally shipped to our Distribution Center. In the event the item(s) can be returned to you, you will be responsible for shipping costs. If payment for shipping is not made within 2 weeks, we retain the right to donate/destroy the item.
Steps for multiple item return
Have more than one item to return or exchange (from a single order OR multiple orders)? Combine the products into one return package.
Packages UP TO 1 lb. (roughly three items) are subject to a return shipping fee of $7.95 (+ any additional shipping taxes).
Packages OVER 1 lb. (four or more items) will be charged an ADDITIONAL $7.95 (+ any additional shipping taxes) to cover the excess shipping fees.
NOTE: Excess shipping charges for packages exceeding 2 lbs. will be discussed with the customer PRIOR to processing.
To ensure your multiple item returns are processed correctly, please follow these steps:
- Process EACH item to be returned or exchanged through our online returns platform.
- Print ONE shipping label to affix to your return package (page 1 of the emailed forms).
- Print ALL of the packing slips (page 2, etc of the emailed forms).
Packing slips are important. They identify your order in addition to each item being returned or exchanged.
- Place each packing slip with the corresponding item into a clear, sealed bag. Then place the sealed bags into the return packaging to ensure we’re able to clearly identify and match each item to it’s packing slip.
- Please ensure you have included the CORRECT item in your package. We cannot guarantee that items will be returned to you in the event they are accidentally shipped to our Distribution Center. In the event the item(s) can be returned to you, you will be responsible for shipping costs. If payment for shipping is not made within 2 weeks, we retain the right to donate/destroy the item.
NOTE: If a hostess reward was redeemed on your original order, consider an exchange rather than a refund. A hostess reward applied to your initial order will apply to your exchange *. When returning an item for a refund, redeemed hostess rewards are non-refundable and will not be reinstated.
