Returns and exchanges are accepted for a FULL refund (minus return shipping fees) within 30 days of the original ship date. Note - Any shipping fees paid on the order are non-refundable. A return shipping fee will be withheld from the refund in the amount of $6.95.
All items must be:
- In brand new condition
- Unwashed
- Unworn (it’s ok to try them on)
- Free from signs of excessive fabric stretching from wear testing.
- Free of any odors and stains (e.g. makeup , deodorant, pet hair or chlorine)
- In the original packaging with hang tags attached (where applicable i.e bottoms/swim)
- All swimwear must have the original hangtag attached and hygiene strip intact. Swimwear missing the hangtag or hygiene strip will be returned to the customer.
- If the product packaging is lost, please use a sealed plastic bag in its place.
In order to receive a full refund you must adhere to our guidelines above. Once you've requested your RMA#, please ship the return back within 10 days. Returns received later than that may be refused.
Not eligible for return:
- ALL accessory sales, including but not limited to petals, posies, dew drops, totes and scarves are final sale.
- Gift cards are non-refundable.
- Any items purchased at a 60% or more discount from the original retail price are considered final sale. (Note, on occasion we offer a lower discount on items that are marked final sale).
- Items purchased from a Stylist rack are final sale.
Exchanges: Please note, exchanges will be processed as a refund to the original payment method and a new order will be placed for the requested item (if available). In the event of low stock or large sales, you may want to purchase the new item immediately, and then send your original item back for a refund to ensure the product is available. If a requested exchange item is no longer in stock when your refund is issued, the exchange order will not be placed.
First Order? We will waive the return shipping fee when you exchange an item on your first order:
New customers that made their first purchase are eligible for free return shipping if the return is exchanged for another item. If there is no exchange with the return, then normal return shipping fee will apply. Returns that do not comply with our policy (with the exception of manufacturer's defect) will not be refunded or exchanged and will be returned to the customer at their expense. Customer must supply postage payment for rejected returns within two weeks of initial notification, otherwise the item will be donated/destroyed. The cost of shipping on returns is the responsibility of the customer. All shipping fees are non-refundable.
PLEASE NOTE: We cannot accept returns (even within 30 days of purchase) including, but not limited to the following:
- Products showing excessive wear and tear.
- Products with signs of excessive fabric stretching from wear testing.
- Products that have been washed, have odors or stains.
- Items damaged by misuse, alterations, improper care or accidents.
- Instances of abuse of the Ruby Ribbons return policy.
Returns that do not comply with our policy (with the exception of manufacturer's defect) will not be refunded or exchanged and will be returned to the customer at their expense.
The cost of shipping on returns in the responsibility of the customer. All shipping fees are non-refundable.
