Sometimes things are out of our control. We get it.
A package is considered “lost” when the package has not been delivered after seven (7) days from the scheduled delivery date.
Orders WILL be replaced if:
- Your package is lost en route to its final destination and there is no delivery confirmation by the carrier service.
- A package is confirmed delivered to the correct address as indicated by the carrier, but the package cannot be located or appears to be stolen, Ruby Ribbon will replace it ONE TIME.
Orders will NOT be replaced if:
- We were provided with the incorrect shipping address when the order was placed. Please be sure you double check your shipping address before submitting your order.
