Once we receive your product return, you’ll receive a “Return Request Received” email. After that, checking on the status of your return is easy. Simply click the link provided in that email.
If you can’t find our “Return Request Received” email in your inbox, please check your spam folder.
NOTE: Confirmation emails are sent to the email assigned to the return request.
Please allow approximately 10 business days from the date the package is shipped back to us to process your refund.
Exchanges are shipped within 14 business days (on average) from the date the package is shipped back to us.
NOTE: If we do not receive the returned product, it is the responsibility of the customer or Stylist to track the location of the shipment through the carrier.
